- 9 to 26 players — we run multiple rooms at once. This is our sweet spot.
- More than 26 — we schedule back-to-back rounds so everybody plays.

What to tell us
Headcount, the date, and roughly what the group is — a company, a wedding party, a student org, a family reunion. That's enough for us to come back with times and a plan.
Practical notes for large groups downtown
Parking is the thing people underestimate. There's metered parking on Mass Street, free two-hour lots nearby, and a four-story garage next to the Lawrence Public Library where the top floor is free all day. On Friday nights, Saturdays, and downtown event weekends, tell your group to add ten minutes.
